In particular you grant us the right to permanently store said content in the app, in messenger services and games in social networks as well as on our website.
In order to enable the aforementioned utilization of the content provided, you in particular grant us the right to reproduce, publish and distribute, provide upon request, publically broadcast and edit said content in relation with the game "Quiz Planet". This includes the grant of rights to use parts of said content as well as its use in combination with other content. Furthermore, you grant us the right to use said content and, if applicable, your user name for advertising activities in relation with the game "Quiz Planet".
You guarantee that you are the owner of the transferred rights and that you are legally capable of effectively granting us the aforementioned rights. You guarantee that the content is free of any third-party rights that could impair this grant of rights. On first request you also indemnify us of all third-party claims, in particular of claims relating to copyright infringements that may be brought against us in relation with the exercise of the aforementioned rights. We further have the right to take appropriate measures to defend ourselves against third-party claims or to pursue our own rights as mentioned above. Any taking of measures by yourself requires previous consultation and coordination with us. The aforementioned indemnification also includes the reimbursement of costs for legal support and defense.
